The 50' buoyant heaving line has a 850 ml bailing pocket, a pealess whistle, and a high visibility reflective strip. This meets all your Transport Canada safety requirements (minus a PFD) for a small vessel.

Section 19 of Transport Canada's Small Vessel Regulations for bailers states that bailers must:

• Be made of plastic of metal
• Have an opening of at least 65 cm²
• Have a capacity of at least 750 ml
